Ribeye Butcher Shop had an ambitious growth plan—opening seven locations in just two years across Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, and Calgary. The vision was to bring back the classic qualities and personalized service of traditional butchery, while delivering the modern-day convenience customers expect. The challenge was to position Ribeye as more than just a butcher—it needed to be a destination for premium meats, gourmet essentials, and food lovers everywhere.
